A no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy at the Central Mosque of Brent in Willesden Green. We run adult and junior classes every Saturday, built on strong fundamentals, safe training and a respectful, welcoming room.

Adam is an active competitor with numerous national-level gold medals and a strong reputation within the UK grappling circuit. His Jiu-Jitsu is technical and dynamic: he plays both bottom and top and has attacks from everywhere.

Having trained in top gyms in both the UK and the US, Adam has absorbed different aspects of the sport and translated them into his teaching. He will also lead our advanced classes (coming soon), helping experienced students develop their technical game, sharpen competition skills and explore modern Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Adam leads our junior classes. He has ample experience teaching children's classes, where he combines his technical knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu with many years of experience as a secondary school Mathematics teacher, and he holds an enhanced DBS check.

Johar brings years of public protection experience to his approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with an emphasis on applying the art effectively with strong fundamentals.

He uses a practical, pressure-heavy style of Jiu-Jitsu that incorporates takedowns and maintaining top position, from which a match can be ended with chokes or submissions.

Johar leads our beginner-friendly adult classes, focusing on building knowledge, practising techniques and free-flowing sparring, so students develop their grappling skills, confidence and discipline in a safe and structured environment.
